Central Islip Varsity Softball Team’s 12-1 win over Brentwood yesterday secured them a spot in the playoffs. Freshman Stevey Duvall struck out 11 with one earned run and senior Jaida Mills was 4-5, with two doubles and three runs batted in.
Come support our girls at their Senior Recognition Game today, May 16th, at 4:30. This home game against Patchogue-Medford is their last regular season game and will begin at 5pm.
Meet Our Seniors!
Jaida Mills is the captain of the team and has been on this Varsity team since she was in 8th grade. She is a shortstop and committed Assumption University.
Breanna Dhanraj is a pitcher and plays third base. This is her fourth year on the team and she is committed to Brooklyn College.
Yaniese Williams plays first base and this is her third year on the team.
Cesia Alvarez is an outfielder and this is her second year on the team.
