On Monday, March 25, the Sophomore Club hosted an event to celebrate Women’s History Month. Students and teachers gathered in room 606 after school to compete in a Kahoot about Women’s History. The most important thing that they learned was just how much they don’t know about women in history. In fact, the average score was only 28% correct! Many participants were inspired to learn more about the women mentioned and breaks were taken between questions to look up additional information. The goal was to empower students and the atmosphere in the room would suggest that the goal was achieved.
