This piece was created by ninth grader Genry Salvador Sorto in Mrs. Perez’s Studio Painting and Drawing class. During their Charcoal Realism unit, Genry selected a picture from the library to use as a model. When he saw the photo, he thought it would really be fun to draw, especially because of the leaf crown.

Genry plans on giving this beautiful piece of art to his father for his birthday.
